1.1 Services I Provide
I offer a full range of gardening and grounds‑maintenance services, including:

- Garden tidy‑ups and seasonal maintenance

- Small landscaping, planting, and improvement work
All work is carried out by me personally, using professional equipment and safe working practices.
1.2 Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if the scope changes.
- Prices may be fixed or hourly depending on the job.
- Any additional work will always be discussed and agreed before I proceed.
- I aim to be transparent and fair with pricing at all times.
1.3 Booking & Cancellations
- A booking is confirmed once we agree a date and time.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge to cover lost time.
- If weather or site conditions make the work unsafe, I may need to reschedule — I’ll always keep you informed.
1.4 Access to Your Property
To carry out the work safely and efficiently, the client is responsible for ensuring:
- Clear and safe access to the garden or grounds
- Pets are secured
- Any hazards (e.g., unstable structures, loose paving) are mentioned in advance
If I arrive and access isn’t possible, a call‑out fee may apply.
1.5 Health & Safety
I follow all relevant UK health and safety regulations, including:
- Safe operation of machinery
- Proper handling of chemicals (PA1/PA6 certified)
- On‑site risk assessment
I reserve the right to decline work that is unsafe or beyond the capability of my equipment.
1.6 Waste Removal
- Green waste removal is available if required and may incur an additional charge.
- If you prefer waste to be left on site (e.g., compost heap), just let me know.
1.7 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods: Debit card, credit card, contactless payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash, SumUp card payments
- Late payments may result in additional charges or delays to future bookings.
1.8 Liability
- I hold appropriate public liability insurance for gardening and grounds‑maintenance work.
- I am not responsible for pre‑existing damage, structural issues, or problems caused by pests, disease, or weather.
- I cannot accept liability for damage caused by hidden hazards that were not disclosed.
1.9 Plants, Materials & Guarantees
- Plants and materials supplied will be sourced from reputable suppliers.
- I cannot guarantee plant survival due to factors outside my control (weather, soil conditions, pests, or aftercare).
- Aftercare advice is available on request.
